What is a unique customer?

A unique customer is any customer with a distinct phone number who interacts with CallSimplify within a month.

How will I be billed for my subscription?

Billing is processed on a monthly basis. You will be charged automatically on the billing date.

What happens if I go over my plan limits?

We’ll shoot you an email letting you know. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

Do you offer refunds?

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, invoices are automatically sent to your registered email. You can also download them from your billing dashboard.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, it will be deactivated. You can reactivate your account at any time.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will retry the payment for a few days. If the issue persists, your account may be temporarily suspended.
