Static Bind, LLC (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at https://callsimplify.com “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can setup and utilize an automated agent to receive calls, record information including.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found here: insert link to Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email insert specifically what personal information your website collects, i.e. address, date of birth, marital status, contact information, etc. which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do / do not need to submit further Personal Information, which may include: list Personal Information collected. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis.
We may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. For example, we store a persistent cookie to track your login session. CallSimplify does not use persistent cookies to track you across third party websites and is used only for functionality while visiting our website or using our platform.
Information you provide us by registering for an account
In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Personal Information:
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email and sms communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails and SMS from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.
We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
OpenAI
CallSimplify uses OpenAI for agent Artifical Intelligence based logic and responses via their hosted APIs for Business users. Under this agreement OpenAI does not use any of CallSimplify’s, your or your customer’s data for training their AI models and only acts as a data processor, not a data controller. The processed data is stored up to 30 days for monitoring abuse and misuse, then deleted. All communication between OpenAI’s APIs and CallSimplify’s platform are communicated via secured and encrypted channels.

Twilio
By using CallSimplify, you or your clients may receive email and SMS reminders to be notified about upcoming appointments scheduled by CallSimplify. These emails and SMS are sent using our service provider Twilio. You agree that we may share your mobile phone number and the contents of any message you send or receive through such Service with our third-party partner, Twilio. CallSimplify provides the ability to integrate with Google for authentication into the CallSimplify service and the ability to manage events and appointments on Google Calender(s). For authentication, we receive your name and email address which we store for security identification and platform communications such as password reset, billing confirmations, client event notifications and other business related activities.
If you enable Google Calendar integrations CallSimplify agents will be given the ability to create, update, reschedule and delete events on that specific calendar. Only the events associated with CallSimplify activities will be managed. Calendar events created manually by you on integrated calendar(s) will not be managed or otherwise changed by our services and only used to determine availability to schedule customer appointments.
At any time you can revoke access to an integrated Google Calendar or authentication access either in the CallSimplify platform under Settings or via Google’s Account Mangement services under Account -> Security -> Third Party Apps and Services section for the CallSimplify app. If authentiation access is revoked, you will need to create new authentication credentials for platform login or reauthenticate with Google as described above. Revoked Google Calendar access will prevent CallSimplify from accessing any Google Calendar events, data and associated functionality.
Data associated with accessing your Google email or access to Google Calendar(s) is retained in accordance with our data retention policies.

Microsoft
CallSimplify provides the ability to integrate with Microsoft’s 365 Calendar functionality. If you enable Microsoft 365 Calendar integration CallSimplify agents will be given the ability to create, update, reschedule and delete events on that specific calendar. Only the events associated with CallSimplify activities will be managed. Calendar events created manually by you on integrated calendar(s) will not be managed or otherwise changed by our services and only used to determine availability to schedule customer appointments.
At any time you can revoke access to an integrated Microsoft 365 Calendar access either in the CallSimplify platform under Settings. On the Microsoft side, different account types, such as Enterprise accounts, may have the management of external app integrations in different locations and may require assistance from your IT. For Microsoft Office 365 accounts it is usually found under Microsoft’s My Account Portal under your profile picture and under Privacy -> Apps and Services. Select CallSimplify and choose Remove or Revoke. Revoked Outlook Calendar access will prevent CallSimplify from accessing any Microsoft Calendar events, data and associated functionality.
Data associated with accessing your Microsoft Outlook Calendar(s) is retained in accordance with our data retention policies.

Non-Personal Information
In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Site so that you may opt out of the new information practices. We suggest that you check the Site periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
IV. DATA RETENTION
CallSimplify will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
V. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the location of opt-out page, i.e. “Settings” section of the Site. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out in the location of opt-out page of the Site, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
- users can visit our site anonymously;
- our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website;
- users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
- users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at support@callsimplify.com.
Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:
We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you are entitled to learn what data we collect about you, ask to delete your data and not to sell (share) it. To exercise your data protection rights, you can make certain requests and ask CallSimplify:
What personal information we have about you. If you make this request, we will return to you:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which we collect your personal information.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- A list of categories of personal information that we have sold, along with the category of any other company we sold it to. If we have not sold your personal information, we will inform you of that fact.
- A list of categories of personal information that we have disclosed for a business purpose, along with the category of any other company we shared it with.
Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
To delete your personal information. If you make this request, CallSimplify will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate such as Google Calendar integrations or receive SMS appointment confirmations.
To stop selling your personal information. CallSimplify does not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. You are the only owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time.
Please note, if you ask CallSimplify to delete your data, it may impact your experience and degrade or even break functionality, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. However, under no circumstances will we discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Your data protection rights, described above, are covered by the CCPA, short for the California Consumer Privacy Act. To find out more, visit the official California Legislative Information website. The CCPA took effect on 01/01/2020.
Delete Your Account
There might be different reasons why you need to delete an account:
- You realize you have multiple accounts using different email addresses and you want to have one account
- You are locked out of your account and have lost access to your authentication methods
- You no longer need a CallSimplify account
If you delete your account:
- We’ll delete your email address, password, and phone number.
- We’ll delete your tenant information, connections, calendar integrations and any purchased phone numbers.
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Login to your account https://callsimplify.com/login using your preferred login method.
- Click on your name or avatar icon to pull up the user menu.
- Select Account.
- On your account page, select “Delete account” from the menu on the left side of the page.
- Enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Authenticate using one of the methods you set up.
- On your account page, select “Delete account” from the menu on the left side of the page
- Select “Delete account” from the “Your account” menu.
- You will receive two emails.
- The first email confirms we received your request. Your account is not yet deleted. Click on the confirm deletion button or link to confirm your deletion request.
- The second email will be sent to you once your account has completed the deletion process.
VI. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site or via our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before proceeding to use them.
VII. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
