Our Story
In 2024, friends and former business partners Illya Busigin and Mike Wiles founded CallSimplify in Austin, Texas. They believed in AI’s potential but saw most tools aimed at large enterprises or built by big tech with data collection in mind. Their goal: simple, user-friendly software that helps people grow. From the outset, CallSimplify was built as a lean, affordable alternative to feature-bloated services, giving small businesses, sole proprietors, and freelancers an AI-powered answering and appointment solution that’s straightforward and effective.
At the onset, CallSimplify was at the forefront of innovating AI powered answering services with voice and text messages. Our early prototypes showed a lot of promise but a lot of rough around the edges.
In early 2025 we launched a closed beta with special early customers to test and validate our ideas. With success came a lot of learning and understanding of what businesses really need.
We are proud to announce the formal launch of CallSimplify. We offer a 24/7 AI scheduling solution for voice, SMS and web channels to answer questions, manage appointments, reminders and follow-ups for small businesses and freelancers.
