Delete Your Account

There might be different reasons why you need to delete an account:

  • You realize you have multiple accounts using different email addresses and you want to have one account
  • You are locked out of your account and have lost access to your authentication methods
  • You no longer need a CallSimplify account

If you delete your account:

  • We’ll delete your email address, password, and phone number.
  • We’ll delete your tenant information, connections, and integrations.

Follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Login to your account https://callsimplify.com/login using your preferred login method.
  2. Click on your name or avatar icon to pull up the user menu.
  3. Select Account.
  4. On your account page, select “Delete account” from the menu on the left side of the page.
  5. Enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account.
  6. Authenticate using one of the methods you set up.
  7. On your account page, select “Delete account” from the menu on the left side of the page
  8. Select “Delete account” from the “Your account” menu.
  9. You will receive two emails.
    • The first email confirms we received your request. Your account is not yet deleted. Click on the confirm deletion button or link to confirm your deltion request.
    • The second email will be sent to you once your account has completed the deletion process.
