For the past six months, CallSimplify has been working on a simple idea: to provide small businesses with an always-on phone agent that feels like a seasoned operator, not another bot. Today, we’re launching that experience for every CallSimplify customer. This release introduces a 24⁄7 voice, text, and web agent that learns your playbook, triage inbound requests, takes messages, and even manages appointments.
When a call comes in, the agent listens, routes, and responds based on the custom prompts and directions you define within our platform. If the caller needs to book, reschedule, or request a follow-up, the agent handles it in real time. Every conversation is summarized instantly, including recommended actions, so you can know the next steps at a glance.
We have updated our interfaces to make them much more intuitive and easier to navigate and improved our analytics to provide the metrics that matter to you. In addition, we have prioritized agent latency to ensure that an agent boots in under 500 ms, keeps communication steady even during spikes and streams transcripts to the dashboard while the caller is still talking.
This launch is just the beginning. Over the next few weeks, we’ll roll out smarter hand-offs, richer CRM syncing, and deeper analytics so you can track answer rates, conversion lift, and agent performance in a single view.
